Samuel T. Payne

Samuel T. Payne is a freelance writer whose published works include Lacunal Visions for Tales of the Shadowmen, The Prized Calf and Second Hand.[1] A number of articles for Science Fiction and Fantasy Modeller were published in the early 2000s covering visual effects work for Doctor Who and The Arc of Infinity. A novella, Doctor Omega and the Seeds of Cassiopeia, is expected 2009.
