Samuele Olivi (born 1 August 1980) is an Italian footballer who plays for San Marino.

Career

Olivi started his career at hometown club Cesena. In 2000, Cesena relegated from Serie B, he was transferred to Salernitana, where he played for 4½ seasons. He was the regular starter at 2003-04 season, played 44 out of 46 matches. But in the next season he just played 10. In January 2005, he was signed by Piacenza, also at Serie B. In the first 1½ seasons he was the regular starter. In 2006-07 season, he played 22 Serie B and all as starter[1] and in the next season played 28 matches and started 21 matches.[2] After swinging from starter and bench, he joined Pescara in August 2009.[3]

He was released along with Massimo Ganci on 29 August 2011.[4] On 31 August he was signed by U.S. Grosseto F.C..[5]

On 7 June 2013 he was signed by Mantova F.C. in 2+1 year contract.[6]

International career

Olivi was in the Italy U18 squad that lost to Portugal U18 Team at 1999 UEFA European Under-18 Football Championship final. He also capped for Italy U20 team that lost to Portugal U20 at 2000 Toulon Tournament semi-final but won Ivory Coast U20 at third-place match.

He capped for Italy U21 at 2002 UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship qualifying.
