Sara Dahlgren

Sara Dahlgren is a Swedish singer, actress and musical artist. She was born in 1980 and got her first role at Borås Stadsteater in the play "A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens. She was only 7 years old then.

In the year of 2000 she got into studied dancing at the Balettakademien (Ballet Academy) in Gothenburg and studied there for three years.

In the year of 2005 she got the understudy of the role "Sophie" in the musical Mamma Mia! by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus. She worked in the ensemble for two and a half year, both at Cirkus in Stockholm and Scandinavium in Gothenburg. She did the role of Sophie almost 60 times and played against stars such as Gunilla Backman, Reuben Sallmander and Bengt Bauler.

Sara Dahlgren also participated in the backing vocals of the movie Mamma Mia! starring Meryl Streep in the role as "Donna".

In the year of 2010 she released her album "Angels cry when heroes lie".
