Savage & Spies

Savage & Spies is a film-scoring collaboration between Patrick Savage, Australian-British violinist/composer and Holeg Spies, French electronica artist and music producer.[1][2] Formed in 2006 to score the horror film, Shadowland, the duo is best known for scoring The Human Centipede (First Sequence),[3] and Brian A. Miller's thriller, The Outsider[4] starring James Caan and Jason Patric.

Their scores also include "The Road to Freedom Peak" [5] [6] (dir Max Pugh, prod Corrin Varrady, narr Djimon Hounsou), Chris M Downs' "American Maniacs" (Ashlynn Yennie), Nicholas David Lean's "Dead End" (AKA "Hard Shoulder"), "Jack of Diamonds" [7] from Gaumont, the Spanish animated television series, "Holy Monks", and numerous short films.

Between them, have also contributed their talents to the scores of The Lord of the Rings, Hitcher, Hugo and a many other major film and game titles.[4]
