Segermes

Segermes is an ancient town in Tunisia, situated about 60 kilometres south of Carthage.[1]

Under the Roman Empire, the city belonged to the province of Byzacena.

Bishopric

Segermes became a bishopric. It is no longer a residential see, but is included in the Catholic Church's list of titular sees.[2] as of 2007 the titular bishop of the see is Josef Clemens.
