Sei Ashina (芦名 星 Ashina Sei) (born Igarashi Aya on November 22, 1983) is a Japanese actress,^[2] best known for her role in Kamen Rider Hibiki.^[3] She is also known for her role as The Mistress in the 2006 film Silk.^[4]
