Shanghai Yueju Yuan

The Shanghai Yueju Yuan (上海越剧院) is a theatre in Shanghai, China, founded in 1950 and dedicated to Shaoxing opera.[1]

The Shanghai troupe is one of the more famous Yueju troupes (越剧剧团 Yueju jutuan). Others include the Beijing Red Flag Yueju Troupe (zh:北京红旗越剧团).
