Sharif Fayez

Sharif Fayez, also known as Mohammed Sharif Fayez (born 1946 in Herat, Afghanistan) was Minister of Education in Afghanistan from 2002 to 2007(?), and founded the American University of Afghanistan. He served as head of the university for its first two years, 2004-2006.[1][2]
