Sharman Kadish
Sharman Kadish (born 1959[1]) is a contemporary scholar, author, and historian with particular expertise in Jewish British history and with several publications under her name. Of particular note is her monograph, Bolsheviks and British Jews (1992). Her work sheds additional light on the dissemination – in Britain and the English language – of the notorious hoax, the Protocols of Zion.
Sharman Kadish is of Russian Jewish descent. She was born in London, England. Her father was the artist Norman Kadish. She studied at University College, London, and St Antony's College, Oxford, and received her doctorate in modern history. From 1986 through 1987 she was a Scheinbrun Visiting Research Fellow at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Subsequently she worked at the Royal Holloway College, a.k.a. Royal Holloway and Bedford New College, University of London.
