Sigerslevøster Privatskole

Sigerslevøster Privatskole is a private school in Sigerslevøster north of Copenhagen, between the cities Frederikssund, Slangerup, Gørløse, Skævinge, Ølsted and Frederiksværk. The school belongs to Hillerød Kommune, but is closer to the city of Frederikssund.

The school has about 300 pupils and covers from 1st to 9th.

History

The village Sigerslevøster had a small public school that was closed in the 1970s. In 1983, a group of parents bought the school and recreated it as a private school controlled by parents.
