Sigmund Brouwer (born 1959) is Canadian author with books published's across many genres, from children's picture books to scientific thrillers, and more.
One of six children born to a family with Dutch heritage, Brouwer is a native of Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. He is married to a Christian singer Cindy Morgan and has two daughters.
Brouwer's literacy awards include The Christy Book of the Year 2015 for Thief of Glory, the 2015 Arthur Ellis Award for Canada's Best Young Adult Mystery (Dead Mans Switch) and two of his novels have been finalists for the TD Children's Literature Awards (Dead Man's Switch, Devil's Pass).
