Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM) was a private Australian company operating across Asia Pacific, the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
In 2013 the company was sanctioned by World Bank for corrupt business practices in Vietnam.[1] Shortly afterward, World Bank and the company reached a settlement,[2][3] and following that, Jacobs Engineering Group announced its acquisition of SKM late in 2013.[4]
