Smalegga Ridge

Smalegga Ridge (72°1′S 24°0′E / 72.017°S 24.000°E / -72.017; 24.000Coordinates: 72°1′S 24°0′E / 72.017°S 24.000°E / -72.017; 24.000) is a ridge, 4 nautical miles (7 km) long, extending north from Mount Walnum to the west of Gillock Glacier, in the Sor Rondane Mountains. Mapped by Norwegian cartographers in 1957 from air photos taken by U.S. Navy Operation Highjump, 1946–47, and named Smalegga (the narrow ridge).
