St. Erhard is a German craft beer from the region of Bamberg in Bavaria. St.ERHARD® beer is brewed in Hallerndorf. The beer positions itself as a luxurious brand and was predominantly exported to Asia.[1] In the last years St.Erhard beer expanded over the whole globe and is now also available in various countries such as Mexico, Japan, New Zealand, Spain, etc. Besides the St. ERHARD® Original the brand widen its beer range and added the St. ERHARD® Saison and the St. ERHARD® Farmer.

St. ERHARD Bottle

St. ERHARD Original beer is brewed according to the Reinheitsgebot (German purity law) of 1516 and has an original gravity of 12.5 degrees Plato with an alcohol content of 5% by volume. The beer is related to the German beer style Kellerbier.The ingredients are mainly water, barley malt (Pilsener, Wiener, Cara-Münch®) and hop (Tettnanger). The beer can be found especially in the Indian market.[2]

St. ERHARD Saison

St. ERHARD® Saison

St. ERHARD® Saison is brewed following the Belgian beer style Saison.The beer is remarkable for its fresh and fruity taste. The ingredients are water, barley malt (Pale Ale, Tennenmalz, Belgian Caramel Malt), wheat malt (Weizenbraumalz, Wheat Caramel Malt), as well as various hop types (Hallertauer Tradition, Nelson Sauvin, Hallertau Blanc, Mosaic) and yeast. The Saison beer is obtainable in a brown glass bottle with a volume of 0,33 Ltr. and an alcohol content of 6,5% by volume.

St. ERHARD Farmer

St.ERHARD Farmer is the third beer of the St.ERHARD range. The beer is a cross-over style brewed out of the St.ERHARD® Saison stock.

The special edition contains water, barley malt (Pale Ale,Tennenmalz Dunkel, Belgian Caramel Malt), wheat malt (Weizenbraumalz, Wheat Caramel Malt), hop (Hallertauer Tradition, Equinox,Vic Secret, Mosaic, Cascade) and yeast. The St.ERHARD® Farmer beer has a tropical fruit taste mixed with a dry, caramel and bread like malt taste. St. ERHARD® Farmer is obtainable in an orange matt color painting bottle with a volume of 0,33 Ltr. and an alcohol content of 6,5% by volume.

Branding

The brand positions itself as a premium product.[3] Unlike most other beer brands St. Erhard comes in an iconic clear glass bottle which is refined with the label printed on the glass and a varnished UV protection.The bottle design was priced with the German Design Award 2014. All the unique bottles of the St.ERHARD® range hold 0,33 Ltr..
