The St. Peter's Church[1] (Icelandic: Kirkja St. Pétur) is the name given to a religious building of the Catholic Church which is located in Eyrarlandsvegi 26, in the town of Akureyri, Norduland Eystra (Northeast Region) in Iceland in northern Europe.
St. Peter's Church follows the Roman or Latin rite and is located within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Reykjavík, the capital of Iceland. The church is noted for its red and white colors. It is not to be confused with another church also dedicated to St. Peter in the same region but located in Hrafnagilsstræti 2.
The chapel stands on the plot Hrafnagilsstræti 2, the residential house on Eyrarlandsvegi 26.[2]
