Stanislav Khristenko (Ukrainian: Станiслав Христенко); born May 25, 1984 in Kharkov, Ukraine is a Ukrainian-American concert pianist.

Life

Stanislav Khristenko was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine in Ukrainian-Jewish family and started taking piano lessons at the age of 7. He got his professional training at Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory and Cleveland Institute of Music.

Career

In 2010 Khristenko made his Vienna Konzerthaus debut and released Ernest Krenek Works CD on Oehms Classics [1]

In 2013 Stanislav Khristenko won Maria Canals International Music Competition,[2] Cleveland Piano Competition [3] and Fourth prize at the Queen Elisabeth Piano Competition [4]

In 2014 Khristenko made his Debut in Zankel Hall at Carnegie Hall [5] and released his album "Fantasies" on Steinway recording label [6]

In February 2015 Stanislav Khristenko has officially been added to the roster of Steinway Artists.[7] In summer 2015 he also debuted at Ravinia Festival [8] and released First Volume of Ernst Krenek Works on Toccata Classics[9]
