Stent-electrode recording array

Stent-electrode recording array, also known as a stentrode, is a device that can be placed in the brain to record brain activity from specific regions. It is placed via a blood vessel. It appears to be safe for long-term use in sheep, and the hope is that it will be useful for prosthetics.[1]
