Stephen J. Tanner is the Chief of the Kingston Police Force in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. He was appointed September 27, 2008 to succeed William J. Cross.
Tanner used to be Chief of Belleville Police Service[1]
Tanner graduated from the University of Guelph in 1982, with a psychology degree and graduated from University of Western Ontario with a master of public administration.[2]
