Cambridge Strawberry Shorts Film Festival
The Cambridge Strawberry Shorts Film Festival is a well established and respected annual international UK short film festival run under the umbrella of Cambridge Cinema Shorts. The festival is an important event in the Cambridge City calendar. It enjoys national support and has international recognition.
The next edition of the festival is the 15th and will be held on Friday the 3rd of June 2016.
The Cambridge Strawberry Short Film Festival has no submission fee, receives no grant aid or sponsorship and is an entirely volunteer run organisation.
La Fraise d'Or
Strawberry Shorts is a fully competitive short film festival with two award, The Judges Award and The Audience Award. The winners are announced at the end of the festival and the winners presented with La Fraise d'Or.

Submission Panel Commendations
Since the 13th edition of the festival in 2014, a list of commended films is given in the printed festival program and also on the Cambridge Cinema Shorts website. These films are considered by the submissions panel to be of sufficient quality to be selected but could not be due to time restrictions and programming considerations.
Submission Guidelines
Film submission is by online form followed by mailing a signed permission slip with a DVD of the film to the festival office. No other form of submission is accepted.
Films can be of any genre. Each film must be less than 20 minutes long. There is no submission fee.
