Streptomyces mobaraensis is a bacterium species from the genus of Streptomyces.^[1][5] Streptomyces mobaraensis produces bleomycin, detoxin, piericidin A, piericidin B, reticulol and transglutaminase.^{[3][6][7][8][9][10]} Streptomyces mobaraensis is used in the food industry to produce transglutaminase to texture meat and fish products.^[11]
