The Swat Motorway is a 81-kilometre-long (50 mi) is an under construction motorway in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan, stretching from Nowshera via Swabi and Mardan to Malakand Division.[2] The project was inaugurated in August 2016 and will be completed in 15 months. With completion of this project, the travel time to Swat will reduce from 5 hours to 1 hour.

The motorway is being built by the Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority and will cost Rs 136 billion while its completion will save over two hours journey between Motorway Col. Sher Khan Interchange and Chakdara.[3][4] Asian Development Bank and China is the principal technical & financial assistants for this project to the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.[5]
