This Stadium was the first football Stadium built in Iran. . The Abadan Takhti Stadium Persian:"استاديوم تختى آبادان" is a multi-purpose stadium built in Abadan, Khoozestan, Iran. It is currently used mostly for football (soccer) matches and is the home stadium of Sanat Naft who play in the Azadegan League. The stadium holds 22,000 people.
