Telok Kurau Secondary School was a co-educational international secondary school in Telok Kurau, Singapore. The school was established in 1965, and was small by Singapore standards, with a student population of 800 and permanent teaching staff of around 45. The school closed at the end of 2010 and was merged into Broadrick Secondary School.

Academic Programme

The school offered a four-year express programme leading to GCE 'O' Level, and an academic programme for the students who follow the Normal Academic and Normal Technical path. All express students in Telok Kurau were offered pure physics, chemistry, and biology besides additional maths.

Campus

The school campus stood on Chin Cheng Avenue along Still Road, not far away from Eunos MRT Station.

Admission and Enrolment

Secondary One students were admitted based on their PSLE results. Secondary one students who had not taken PSLE or students who wished to be admitted into other levels needed to sit for a battery of placement tests.

There were roughly equal number of boys and girls in the school. Apart from the Chinese, Malay and Indian student population which reflected the demographics of Singapore, there was a significant number of students from China, Korea, Japan, and countries of South East Asia.
