Telugu Brahmin are members of the Brahmin community who speak Telugu.They migrated from the Salvadesa (Banks of River Yamuna) after Andhra Tribe crossed Vindhya Mountains from banks of Yamuna in Uttar Pradesh. They mainly hail from the Indian States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, although several have migrated to the rest of India as well as to countries around the world.[1][2]
