Text Tiles

Text Tiles is a 1992 puzzle game created by Capitol Disc Interactive for the Philips CD-i. During gameplay, the player is presented with a 12x12 grid and is given letters to place into this grid to make words. More points are awarded for longer words and the player is also timed. Some words which would be accepted in games such as Scrabble were not accepted in Text Tiles, which led to some criticism. Another feature of the game is that the player can adjust the game's difficulty.
