A thangka wall (Tibetan : Kiku-tamsa) is, in Tibetan religious architecture a wall, where monks hang giant thangkas, called thongdrel in Bhutan during several festivals including Buddha Painting Unfolding Festival (or Buddha Unfolding Festival),[1] and at beginning of the Shoton festival.[2] Sometimes thankas are also displayed on mountains.[2]
