The Great Naga (born 24 May 1985) is a professional wrestler based in the United Kingdom. He has been regarded as one of the top wrestlers currently wrestling in UKW and currently is the UKW Champion. Naga debuted on 9 July 2010 at UKW Wrestlebration 2 held at Blackpool Tower, At that event Naga fought, but was defeated by his future trainer El Ligero. At present time Naga has been absent from two UKW events, and his current location is unknown.

Professional wrestling career

The Great Naga has been a professional wrestler since 2010 although he first trained in 1999 at NWA UK Hammerlock. He has wrestled many times in the UK, and trained with three UK companies including House Of Pain with Stixx, and NGW with El Ligero and Nathan Cruz. He has also worked briefly as a trainer for UK Wrestling Experience as well as a commentator for the company.

His wrestling opponents have included El Ligero, Jimmy Bludd, Valkabious, Rob Cage, and many more.

In the UKW - UK Wrestling Experience, The Great Naga has become a central part of the company and is among the best in his division, This was confirmed after he recently defeated Rob Cage to win the UKW World Heavyweight Title at Wrestlebration 3.

The Great Naga's popularity along with some of the other UKW wrestlers status in the UK Wrestling world has helped the UKW - UK Wrestling Experience gain a TV Contract with My Channel on Sky 219.[1]

Influences

The Great Naga is heavily influenced by Keiji Mutoh which can be seen in the make up of the character. Bret Hart, Kenta Kobashi, Jushin Thunder Liger, and The Dynamite Kid are also key influences.

2011 – present

The Great Naga has currently missed the last two UKW shows, Nobody currently knows his location. The Great Naga is due to be defending his title on 27 August 2011 in Halifax, United Kingdom at UKW Mayhem against Doug Williams[2]

It is rumoured that Naga will soon reveal a secret which will change the fans view of him forever.

Future

The Great Naga is currently writing his year in review giving the fans an insight into life as a wrestler.

Not much is known about The Great Naga as he is shrouded in mystery. It is evident however that he has been interested in MMA and Wrestling since an early age

He is known to have a brief stint in the Army and also has a degree in History from the university of central Lancashire
