the pulse is a six storey, 167,000-square-foot (15,500 m2) shopping mall located on Beach Road in Repulse Bay, Hong Kong. It is owned by Emperor International Holdings Limited.
In May 2012, Emperor International Group Limited paid HK$798 million to the Hong Kong government for the land premium.[1]
