The Woodmont Company

The Woodmont Company (also known as the Woodmont Co.), founded in 1980 is a commercial real estate development and management company.[1] It owns the Marley Station Mall and Military Circle Mall.

History

The company was founded in 1980 in Fort Worth, Texas.[1]

Circa 2015, Torchlight Investors hired The Woodmont Company to manage the Military Circle Mall with the intention of rehabilitating it and keeping it active.[2]
