This Transmission was an indie rock band from St. Petersburg, FL. Signed to Standstill Records. The band played with acts such as Moros Eros, Young Love, and Evergreen Terrace. They were recording their first full-length album, entitled Tiny Abrasions at the time of their break up. It was not finished, however the band has now published the unfinished tracks on their MySpace page.

"This Transmission" came to be during a unique time in st. pete, Florida. Music aficionados of st. pete circa 2003-2008, were sure to hear "This Transmission". This band is an important part of the town's music history
