Thoburnia is a genus of suckers found in the eastern United States. There are currently three recognized species in this genus.

- Thoburnia hamiltoni Raney & Lachner, 1946 (Rustyside sucker)
- Thoburnia rhothoeca (Thoburn, 1896) (Torrent sucker)
