Three Chords and a Cloud of Dust II is a live album by Watershed. The title stems from their original Epic Records live release Three Chords and a Cloud of Dust; both recordings were done at the Newport Music Hall in Columbus, Ohio.
Three Chords and a Cloud of Dust II is the last Watershed album to feature Mark "Poochie" Borror. The opening track features Brian Phillips of CD102.5 (WWCD), Columbus's alternative rock station.
The album was recorded at the 2006 Hate Michigan Rally, which was opened by garage rockers B.A. Baracus. It was released in the summer of 2007 with CD release party at the Lifestyles Community Pavilion.
The winter 2008 tour to support Three Chords and a Cloud of Dust II serves as the starting point for bassist Joe Oestreich's memoir, Hitless Wonder: A Life in Minor League Rock and Roll, released by Lyons Press in June 2012.
