Murder of Tim Bosma

On June 17, 2016, a jury convicted Dellen Millard and Mark Smich of first-degree murder in connection with the murder of Tim Bosma in Ontario, Canada. Hamilton resident Tim Bosma was killed on May 6, 2013 after he left his home with the two men to show them a truck he was selling through an online ad.[1] Dellen Millard, the heir to Millardair, a Canadian former airline and aviation company, was convicted in 2016 of murdering Tim Bosma for his Dodge 3500 truck and then incinerating the body in an attempt to destroy evidence. As many as 120 investigators were assigned to the case.

Murder charges for deaths of Laura Babcock and Wayne Millard

The convicted pair still face a 2017 trial for charges of first-degree murder in connection with the case of 23-year-old Toronto resident Laura Babcock, a girlfriend of Dellen Millard's who disappeared in 2012. Millard is also charged with first-degree murder in relation to the death of his father, Wayne Millard [2].
