Timocratica xanthotarsa is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Becker in 1982. It is found in Panama.[1]
The wingspan is 21-22 mm. The ground colour of the forewings is white. The underside is golden-ochreous, slightly tinged with fuscous along the apex. The hindwings are golden-yellow.[2]
