Timothy William Roberts, (born 4 March 1978 in Kettering, England) is an English cricketer who played for the cricket teams of Lancashire and Northamptonshire. He was a small right-handed batsman who regularly opened the innings.

Career

After a brief spell at Lancashire playing only four first-class games, he moved to Northamptonshire for two years scoring over 1000 first-class runs and scoring a best one day score of 131 against Nottinghamshire.[1] While at Northamptonshire, he played regularly for Finedon Dolben and continued until the end of the 2009 season.[2] He currently teaches at Rugby School, in Warwickshire and will take up the position of cricket professional at Eton College in September 2014.
