Tseng Jing-ling (Chinese: 曾金陵; pinyin: Zēng Jīnlíng) is a retired Republic of China Army general and politician in the Republic of China (Taiwan). He was the Minister of the Veterans Affairs Commission of the Executive Yuan in 2009–2013.[1]
Early career
Prior to entering political work, Tseng was the President of the National Defense University.[2]
