Tsuneo Kobayashi (小林常夫 Kobayashi Tsuneo, born 1965 in Kanagawa Prefecture) is a Japanese anime director affiliated with Studio Pierrot. He has directed the critically acclaimed anime series The Twelve Kingdoms.
