Tutuban LRT Station is a proposed station on the Manila Light Rail Transit System Line 2 (LRT-2). It is part of the LRT Line 2 West Extension project, a 3.02-kilometre (1.88 mi) extension of LRT-2 from Recto Station to the Manila North Harbor in Tondo. The west extension project calls for the construction of two additional elevated stations on Recto Avenue and one on Marcos Road near Pier 4 of the Manila North Harbor. It was approved by the National Economic and Development Authority on 19 May 2015.[1][2]
The station would be the first for trains headed west from Recto and the eleventh for trains headed from Santolan Station. It would be located next to the Tutuban Cluster Mall near the intersection of Recto Avenue with Dagupan Street which leads to the Tutuban railway station.[1]
