Ulopeza flavicepsalis is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Hampson in 1912.[1] It is found in Cameroon and the Democratic Republic of Congo (Equateur).[2]
The wingspan is about 24 mm. The forewings are brown, with a large lunulate white postmedial patch between veins 8 and 3. The hindwings are brown, with a large elliptical white postmedial patch between veins 5 and 2.[3]
