United Realty Partners

United Realty Partners, LLC is a privately held real estate investment and advisory firm founded in 2011 by Eli Verschleiser and Jacob Frydman. On August 15, 2012, United Realty Trust Incorporated, a REIT real estate investment trust sponsored and advised by United Realty Partners, became effective following approval from the SEC.[1]

In October 2012, United Realty announced the formation of United Realty Capital Markets, a real estate investment banking firm, and the appointment of Barry Funt as President.[2]

Eli Verschleiser, the former president and co-founder resigned and sued Frydman for illegally moving investor funds into his own account.[3]
