All land training takes place in the University of Kent's gym in the centre of campus, with access to club ergo's on the balcony of one of the sports centre's halls. The club provide all members with a workout routine including a weight training and circuits. The club has a director of rowing, Mike Kennedy, who acts as the club coach.[2]

The club rowing colours are ivory, navy and burgundy.[3]
