VC Uralochka-NTMK Yekaterinburg is a women's volleyball club that was founded in 1966 and currently representing Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia. The club was national champion 25 times in total, including a series of 20 consecutive championship wins since 1986.

"Uralochka" is an endearment form for "Ural woman". NTMK stands for "Nizhny Tagil Metallurgic Kombinat" (Nizhniy Tagil Iron and Steel Works).

Until 2001 it was called "VC Uralochka Yekaterinburg". It is still headquartered in Yekaterinburg, but its main arena is in Nizhny Tagil.
