Dr.-Ing. Viktor Rall[Notes 1] (27 November 1896 – 21 April 1984) was a German engineer and veteran of both World Wars.
In the rank of a Korvettenkapitän of the Reserves with the Kriegsmarine during World War II, he was leader of the 15. Vorpostenflottille based in Le Havre. Following the Invasion of Normandy, he was honoured with the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross.
