Virgil Dociu Enciu (born 3 December 1953 in Bucureşti) is a Romanian male former weightlifter, who competed in the lightweight class and represented Romania at international competitions. He won the silver medal at the 1982 World Weightlifting Championships in the 67.5 kg category. He participated at the 1980 Summer Olympics in the 67.5 kg event.[1] He won the silver meal at the 1982 European Championships in the Lightweight class (310.0 kg).
