Visual Entertainment Inc. (VEI) is a home video/television distribution company that is based in Toronto, Ontario Canada. It is an independent label but has managed to release quite a few well-known TV series on DVD, some of which through sub-licensing deals like Universal Studios Home Entertainment and CBS Home Entertainment.
Around 2014, Phase 4 Films became VEI's new US distributor.[1]

On November 8, 2012, VEI released Cagney & Lacey: 30th Anniversary Exclusive Limited Edition Collection, exclusively through their online store.[2]
