VMware AirWatch is an Atlanta-based provider of enterprise mobility management (EMM) software and standalone management systems for content, applications and email.
In July 2013, the company acquired Motorola Solutions's MSP (Mobility Services Platform) and extended management capabilities to ruggedized devices.[1]
History

[5] As of 2016 AirWatch became fully integrated into VMware and completely re-branded itself as VMware AirWatch.
