Welsh Proms
The Welsh Proms take place at St David's Hall, Cardiff in July each year.
The series usually consists of several orchestral concerts with the Welsh Proms Fringe running alongside, presenting jazz, folk, roots and chamber music.
Artistic Director: Owain Arwel Hughes CBE.
The first Welsh Proms was held in 1986 and consisted purely of orchestral evening concerts.
