"Where Were You When I Was Falling In Love" is a popular song written by Sam Lorber, Jeff Silbar, and Steve Jobe, and released as a single in 1979 by the musician Lobo. It peaked at number 23 on the Billboard Hot 100 and became Lobo's fourth and final number one on the Adult Contemporary chart, when it topped it for two weeks in December 1979.[1]
