Willam "Billy" Thomas is a Welsh professional rugby league footballer of the 1930s, playing at representative level for Wales, and at club level for York, as a stand-off/five-eighth, i.e. number 6.[1]

Thomas played stand-off/five-eighth in Wales' 18-23 defeat by England at Fartown Ground, Huddersfield on 18 March 1931.[2]
