Woh Pal is Tripet Garielle's first single from her debut solo album. She joined forces with renowned vocalist/ guitarist / director cum producer ‘Atif Ali’ for this album.

Produced and directed by the very man who recorded the likes of Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Atif Aslam in his studios, Atif Ali, one of the most renowned music composers, is the brainchild behind ‘Woh Pal.’ The long awaited Tripet Garielle’s Lead Single from her forthcoming Debut Solo Album ‘Woh Pal’ is finally here.

Tripet Garielle spent a year working with Atif to showcase her versatile talents across a variety of genres - including but not limited to - Dance, Acoustic, Ambient Lounge, Romantic and Sufi Rock. Atif Ali pushed her to another level. He saw in her a gift that manifested into Woh Pal – The Album and Lead Single. It’s very rare that an Artist will leave their whole world behind to produce an Album entirely in a foreign language, in a foreign country – Tripet Garielle did just that.

This lead single is one of her favourite songs on the entire album. She says “Working with Atif Ali of Dubai gave me a kick. Every time I entered his world I had nerves beyond my imagination but every time I stepped into the recording booth I just went into a trance”. As a bonus to Atif’s composition, the song also features remarkable additional guitar work by Fakhar Abbas - one of the finest producer, composer & guitarist’s of Pakistan. When she landed back in the UK after recording her Album, she spent 3 and a half months searching for the right Video Director for her Lead Single. When interviewing Directors her motto was “feel my pain and you’re in with a chance”

Masood Maroof did just that. The video is magnificently produced by Masood - Director of 200+ music videos. “We took a month to feel the vibe together first. Neither of us rushed into it,” she says. Understated, it captures her sorrow as she wanders alone through the most romantic city in the world - Paris. An epic love story as she longs for colour in a black and white world.
